Chalk Dog CrossFit classes are built around functional movements that transfer to real life. Sessions combine strength, conditioning and skill work — programmed with intention, coached with precision and scaled to meet you where you are. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete who's stopped seeing progress, you'll train in an environment where the standard is high and the support is real.
Each class is one hour and fully coached from warm-up to cool-down. You'll work through a strength or skill component, then a conditioning workout — all programmed to build on itself over time. Our coaches track your progress, give feedback and cues on movements and call out the moments when you have more in the tank than you think you do. Benchmark workouts are programmed periodically to test your progress — so you know how far you've come, and we know we're delivering the results you're working toward. No guesswork. No wasted sessions. Just intentional training that gets you better.
