- Fitness goals, health background and training history you share with us

3. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND MEDIA USE
Photos and video are taken regularly at Chalk Dog CrossFit during classes, open gym, competitions and community events. These images and videos may be used on our website, social media channels and in marketing materials. Consent for media use is obtained as follows:
- Members – Media consent is included in your membership agreement and waiver signed at the time of enrollment.
- Drop-in athletes and event participants – Media consent is included in the event or drop-in waiver signed prior to participation.
- Spectators at events – Spectators who have not signed a participation waiver may be asked to sign a separate Media Release Form at the door before or during events where photography and video will take place.
If you have signed a waiver and would later like to request that a specific photo or video featuring you be removed from our website or social media, please contact us using the information in Section 9. We will make reasonable efforts to honor removal requests, though we cannot guarantee removal of content that has already been shared or reposted by others.
