Chalk Dog CrossFit is Yolo County's only CrossFit affiliate, located in Woodland and easily accessible from Davis. We're a woman-owned gym built on the belief that getting better is worth showing up for — and that the right environment makes all the difference.

Our coaching is focused on CrossFit group classes, with additional programming in Olympic lifting, Barbell Basics and gymnastics skills for athletes who want to go deeper. Every class is coached. Every session has a purpose.
